MCS’ CounterSign eliminates paper at the hire counter

MCS Rental Software launches CounterSign which offers hire companies convenient ‘in-person’ signing with digital signatures at the hire counter to eliminate paper from the rental process and make the rental transaction as efficient as possible.

Rental companies can let their customers sign contracts and rental agreements electronically on a tablet, linking those secured and signed documents to the relevant contract in the MCS-rm hire management software. The customer instantly receives a PDF copy of their signed document by email. The solution transforms the hire desk into a paper free zone and can reduce a company’s overall carbon footprint.

Speaking of the solution, MCS Sales Director, Nick Thomson says,
