They are growing their sustainable, carbon neutral products and expanding their presence across the country. euroloo needed rental software to facilitate the planned growth of its portable sanitation business across the UK. The company has grown from one depot to seven depots nationwide

MCS Rental Software appealed to euroloo primarily because of its flexibility and scalability; they had clear expansion targets and MCS was able to meet their requirements. euroloo has successfully grown its number of depots from 1 to 7. The company started with 800 units and now rents 5000 units nationally.

In terms of supporting our rapid growth, it’s been easy for us to set up new depots and to replicate our business model. We simply clone our depot structure along with the coding and it’s ready to go.

The future also looks positive as the company looks set to continue its geographical expansion and is launching into a new segment of ecological welfare units. Using the software, it is straightforward to update and expand product lines. It allows the company to quickly respond to new markets and changing customer demands. Additionally, it lets them stay ahead of the competition and remain a leader in the portable sanitation industry.

Resource Planner

With MCS Resource Planner, euroloo has better visibility of all its employees, vehicles and rental units across all its depots. The route planning feature allows the company to optimise delivery and collection routes, saving both time and fuel.

The drivers complete the work and sign it off on site so we can immediately see when a job has been completed. This has replaced the third-party transport product we used previously. It’s quicker to plan routes so it’s certainly saved us time. We no longer have to move data from one system to another.

Monitoring Toilet Servicing

When carrying out toilet servicing we use digital checklists and photo capture on a mobile device to ensure all tasks are being completed properly. This helps us to make sure that we provide a consistent service to our customers and nothing gets missed. It’s also hugely beneficial to have everything stored in one place.

Improved Business Analysis

We are now easily able to review weekly figures and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on pricing or location. This gives us all the data we need to work as efficiently as possible. We have improved our productivity and the financial integration has resulted in enhanced processes.
