If there’s ever any problem, I can log the incident online or we can phone up or send an email to the MCS team and someone is always in touch. Having the support and reassurance from the customer service team is really useful.

Workshop

Lifting equipment has to be periodically examined every 6 or 12 months depending on what the item is. All our equipment comes back, gets stripped, fully re-examined, re-tested, put back together and re-painted. So having the workshop makes keeping track of things so much easier.

Converting Quotes

With MCS-rm, people love it now they can do a quote on the system as soon a purchase order comes through. All you’ve got to do is click convert to contract and then you print the picking list or works order off automatically. Now we only need to do things once and you can effortlessly pull the information through at every stage.

Certifications

Creating equipment certificates is so much easier with MCS-rm. It’s important for our customers to be able to log-on to the customer portal and be able to view their certificates whenever they need them. The adaptability of MCS-rm has impressed us to no end, and it’s great to have the ability to create equipment certificates with such ease.
