The Challenge

Baldwins Crane Hire was operating a manual, paper-based hire procedure. Each week, depots would send hand written hire contracts to Head Office for rekeying into Sage to create an invoice. The hire contract could only be confirmed once the credit control had been performed in Sage. This proved to be a slow and time consuming process inhibiting company growth.

Baldwins needed to invest in an automated hire management system that would save them time, provide a high level of credit control and could link seamlessly to Sage.
